PORTO BRAZIL GLOBAL SL is a limited company with registered address at Rotterdam 6, 28232, Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain // B87520102. The use by the customer in the shop of Internet services presupposes, in any event, accession to the General purchase conditions published on the website of at the time of the purchase order. Therefore it is suitable for the customer to read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.


These general purchase conditions apply to the sale of all products of Porto Brazil through its website, consumers who are orders around the world can deliver. Porto Brazil reported that its Web site is intended only to one 18-year-old audience. Porto Brazil reserves the right to cancel the account of a user if fraudulent, speculative acts are detected or bad faith in the use of this service.


The applicable prices are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. Which are detailed in each product prices include VAT (value added tax) on orders that are carried out within the European Union.

The price of products for orders from other countries in the world including Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not include duties and taxes value added.

The amount of shipping costs shown the customer way breakdown when they place the order. Porto Brazil reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update, even daily, products and prices according to the innovations that will appear.


Payment will take place upon completion of the purchase process and will be an indispensable condition for the formalization of the purchase. Accepted means of payment: purchases can be paid with Visa®, Mastercard® debit or credit card (which implies an automatic charge), PayPal and Amazon pay. Deferred payment is supported in some countries. In that case, that option will appear on your cart. In any case, the choice of the means of payment is performed during the purchase process on the corresponding cart. The customer must notify Porto Brazil any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for shopping, through email, in the shortest time possible so that it can perform the appropriate steps. Providers or issuers of payment can adopt anti-fraud measures involving the rejection of certain types of operations. Porto Brazil is not responsible for the implementation of this type of security policies.


Delivery time will depend on the country of destination, and can range from 5 to 10 calendar days from making the purchase. The delivery of orders will be held at the address indicated by the customer according to the following features:

 1.- Door to door shipment: The customer must pay shipping costs:

0 € in Spain (Peninsula)
2.95€ in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
3.95€ inside European Union
4.95€ rest of the world
Free in orders over 100€


For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries outside the European Union, customer must pay in addition the costs of custom generated by the order, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. These expenses are paid at the time in which the order is received, and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products. The address specified by the customer can be a home, a place of work or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for matching the billing address and the shipping address. The customer will be duly informed of where the order is, as well as information about delivery of the order.

2.- Incidences in delivery: In case of not being able to deliver by absence of the recipient, the transportation agency will leave a note and will attempt to contact the recipient.


We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of any of obligations, when the same is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure cause").

The causes of force majeure shall include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident which is beyond our reasonable control, among others, the following:

1 strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.

2 revolt, civil commotion, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

3 fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

4. loss of use of trains, boats, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transportation, public or private.

5. inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

6 acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any Government or public authority.

Means that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the cause of force majeure continue, and we will have an extension on the deadline to fulfil these obligations for a period of time equal to that last the cause of force majeure. We will make all reasonable means to the end of the cause of force majeure or to find a solution that will allow us to fulfill our obligations despite the cause of force majeure.


There are different procedures for the realization of changes, refunds and withdrawals and then we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as its conditions.

A. Exchange: a substitution is considered for the same product in different colour and/or size.

B. Return: originated as a defect in the product or client decision.

All products which are to be changed or returned must be properly packaged in the same condition in which they were sent.

-Conditions: the process of change must be in the 14 workdays after receipt of the order.

- Cost: changes and returns for defects in the product have no cost to the customer. In the changes and returns originated by the customer's decision, the shipping costs will be asume by the customer.

-Procedure: just get in touch via email and we will show you the procedure to follow. The return will be held by the same means of payment that is paid. However, we retain the refund until receipt of the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of property, depending on which condition is met first. There is the option to replace the refund with a personal discount code, without an expiration date, for future purchases.


The contractual guarantee offered is that is established in the Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users. Porto Brazil liable for failures of conformity which appear within the period of two years from delivery, provided the customer has informed Porto Brazil of such lack of conformity within two months since he learned of her.
